Toller Aquariumsand für Kaltwasserfisch-Winterquartier

Ich verwende diese feine Zeolith-Körnung, nachdem ich sie bis zu 9x gewaschen habe als Aquariumsand für mein Kaltwasseraquarium (Winterquartier für Bitterlinge). Rundgeschliffener feiner Aquariumquarzsand ist zwar besser, da weniger scharfkantig, doch es entwickelte sich damit immer wieder zu schnell Ammonium/Nitrit/Nitrat. Mit diesem feinen Zeolithsand habe ich länger Ruhe (und WWechsel alle 7 Tage)
Habe das Produkt wegen seiner guten Qualität erneut beställt

Sehr gute Filterleistung, aber Achtung nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich nach dem Einfüllen in den Filter machen. Statt auf "Filtern" stellen erst mal auf Rückspülen fahren. dadurch wird der Feinpulveranteil im Produkt ausgewaschen und geht nicht erst wie bei mir ins Becken. Die milchige Situation habe ich aber mit Flockungsmittel in 3 Tagen in den Griff bekommen. Jetzt, auch nach Gewitter, total klares Wasser.
